Reverend Mike Allard’s journey in preaching began at the age of 13 in his home church, Northwest Assembly of God, in Wichita Falls, Texas. At just 15, he received his first credential, the Christian Worker’s Permit, and by 19, he was licensed to preach. He has been ordained since 1986, fueled by a calling to serve and share God’s love.

Over the years, Pastor Mike has poured his heart into ministry, serving as a youth and children’s pastor for 11 years, and was elected District Youth Director in South Texas. In 2001, he stepped into the role of Lead Pastor at Crossroads Fellowship in Houston, Texas. Under his leadership, the church has experienced incredible growth, now welcoming around 1,700 people each Sunday. In 2016, he was honored to be elected to the South Texas District Presbytery as an Executive Presbyter, and in 2021, he became the District Assistant Superintendent.

He’s also an author. His first book, “Never Give Up!,” tells the powerful true story of how God transformed his life from failure to faith. His second, “Living in The Overflow,” encourages believers to experience fullness of life through daily prayer and allowing the Holy Spirit to work through them.

Pastor Mike’s passion for reaching souls and supporting missions is a core part of his life. Over the years, he has raised millions of dollars for various causes, and in the past 7 years alone, Crossroads Fellowship has contributed over $1 million each year to missions efforts around the world.

​

But beyond all the ministry and busyness, his greatest joy is his family. He has been married to his loving wife, Danielle, for 46 years. They are proud parents of three wonderful children—Joshua, Michael, and Lacey—and are blessed with 12 beautiful grandchildren. Every day, he counts his blessings and treasures the precious gift of family that God has given him.
